Practice limited to prosthodontics & oral implantology
Dr. Resnik completed a three-year prosthodontics residency at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as Chief Resident and earned a Master of Dental Science. His thesis compared the primary stability of tapered and parallel-walled implants in poor-quality bone — the exact situation that decides whether a case can be loaded early or should be left alone to heal.
He teaches what he practices. He holds associate faculty appointments at Temple University, the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Louisville, instructs surgical and prosthetic labs for continuing-education courses, and runs live-surgery training for other dentists. He is a contributing author to Elsevier implant dentistry textbooks, including Misch’s Contemporary Implant Dentistry and Avoiding Complications in Oral Implantology.
Alongside the practice he founded a digital planning service used by other dentists for full-arch implant and denture cases — which means the planning work behind your treatment is the same work he does for colleagues around the country.

Start with a scan and a straight answer.
A consultation includes an examination, a 3D scan and a written, itemized plan. If implants are not the right treatment for you, we will say so and tell you what is.
