Press, publications & recognition
The record,
with dates attached.
A magazine cover feature, three Elsevier textbooks, published articles on full-arch workflows and implant stability, three university faculty appointments, and a teaching schedule that puts him in front of other dentists most months of the year. Everything below is verifiable.
Why patients come here
- Practice limited to prosthodontics and oral implantology
- Every case CBCT-scanned and fully guided
- IV conscious sedation available in-office
- A written, itemized plan before anything is scheduled
Featured
On the cover of INTEGRATE, issue one.
INTEGRATE — a journal of restorative-driven implantology — chose Drs. Randolph and Christopher Resnik for the featured Q&A of its inaugural edition: a father-and-son pair of prosthodontists discussing how restorative dentistry has changed, and where implant treatment is heading.
A first issue sets a publication’s standard for who it considers worth reading. Being the cover feature of one is the kind of recognition that comes from peers rather than from advertising.

Research
The question behind same-day teeth.
His master’s research at the University of Pittsburgh compared the primary stability of tapered and parallel-walled implants in poor-quality bone — an in vitro study of the exact variable that decides whether an implant can carry a tooth on the day it is placed.
Earlier, as a dental student, he contributed to cone-beam CT research on the prevalence of maxillary sinus pathology and septa found incidentally on dental CBCT scans — the anatomy that governs whether an upper back implant needs a sinus lift.
Both questions are the daily arithmetic of this practice rather than academic curiosities, which is why the planning here is measured rather than estimated.

Questions
About the credentials.
What is a prosthodontist?
A prosthodontist is a dental specialist who completes three additional years of hospital-based residency after dental school, focused on replacing and restoring teeth: crowns, bridges, dentures, and the implants that carry them. It is one of the recognized dental specialties in the United States.
Does teaching make someone a better clinician?
Not automatically. What it does mean is that the work is examined by peers rather than practiced privately — a technique taught to a room of dentists, published in a textbook, or presented at a national meeting has been argued over in public.
Why does the implant-stability research matter to me as a patient?
Because it is the question behind same-day teeth. Whether an implant can carry a tooth immediately depends on how firmly it seats in your bone, and bone quality varies enormously. That measurement is the difference between a same-day provisional and a staged plan.
Can I see the publications?
Yes. The textbooks are available from Elsevier, and the trade articles from the publishing magazines. The verification links above are the fastest route to confirming any of it.
Start with a scan and a straight answer.
A consultation includes an examination, a 3D scan and a written, itemized plan. If implants are not the right treatment for you, we will say so and tell you what is.
