Before you come
Three things that make the visit useful.
Bring your records
Recent X-rays or CBCT data, a medication list, and your insurance details if you have coverage.
Know what you want back
The most useful thing you can tell us is what you miss — biting into an apple, not thinking about it in photographs, stopping the adhesive.
Allow an hour
The appointment is not rushed, and you will not be asked to decide on treatment on the day.
Logistics
Practical questions.
Do I need a referral?
No. Patients come directly and by referral from general dentists in equal measure. If you have a general dentist, we correspond with them throughout unless you ask us not to.
Is there parking?
Yes, on West Morse Boulevard and in the adjacent lots. Details and directions are on the Winter Park page.
Do you see emergencies?
Existing patients, yes — there is a number for out-of-hours contact after surgery. New patients with a failing implant or a loose prosthesis are usually seen quickly; call rather than using the form.
