Cost & financing

No single number,
and here is why.

A published price for "an implant" would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What we can do is show exactly how a fee is built, so the estimate you receive is legible and comparable to anyone else's.

Why patients come here

  • Practice limited to prosthodontics and oral implantology
  • Every case CBCT-scanned and fully guided
  • IV conscious sedation available in-office
  • A written, itemized plan before anything is scheduled

The components

What an itemized estimate contains.

Diagnostics

Consultation, CBCT scan, digital scan and photographs. Included in the consultation fee rather than billed separately.

Surgical guide

Designed and printed from your plan. A guided case costs more up front and removes most of the variables that cause expensive corrections later.

Extraction

Where a failing tooth is being removed, listed separately — often with ridge preservation grafting at the same visit.

Grafting

Ridge preservation, guided bone regeneration or sinus elevation, priced by the procedure actually required and identified from the scan before you commit.

The implant

The fixture itself and its surgical placement. Premium implant systems cost more and have decades of published data and guaranteed component availability behind them.

The abutment

The connector between implant and restoration. Custom abutments cost more than stock and are frequently the difference in how the gum sits.

The restoration

Crown, bridge or full arch. Material choice — zirconia, layered ceramic, acrylic provisional — is the largest single variable in a full-arch fee.

Sedation

Priced by the level and the duration of the appointment, where used.

Follow-up

Post-operative visits, adjustments and the first maintenance appointment.

Comparing quotes

Ask what the number includes.

A surgical-only fee looks dramatically cheaper than an all-inclusive one, and the difference usually appears later as separate bills for the abutment, the crown and the graft. When comparing estimates, ask each practice for the same list.

  • Does it include the CBCT scan and the surgical guide?
  • Does it include the abutment and the final restoration, or only the fixture?
  • Is grafting included, or listed as "if required"?
  • How many follow-up visits are included?
  • Who restores it — the same clinician, or a referral back to another office?

The last question matters more than people expect. A case split between two offices has two records, two plans and two people able to say the other should fix it.

Questions

About fees.

Is a cheaper implant a worse implant?

Not necessarily, but the question to ask is which system is being used and whether its components will still be available in fifteen years. An implant from a discontinued system with no matching parts is a genuine problem when a restoration eventually needs replacing.

Do you charge for the consultation?

There is a consultation fee that covers the examination, the CBCT scan, the digital scan and the written plan. It is quoted when you book, and it is not conditional on proceeding.

What if the plan changes mid-treatment?

Any change to the plan comes with a revised written estimate before the work is done. Discovering a need during surgery — occasionally unavoidable — is discussed afterwards and not billed as a surprise.

Start with a scan and a straight answer.

A consultation includes an examination, a 3D scan and a written, itemized plan. If implants are not the right treatment for you, we will say so and tell you what is.
